Cancellation & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your appointment within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an appointment is 24 hours from the time and date of the appointment.

In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mailing mark@lightworkermark.co.nz.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which the appointment was made. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
