You must be at least 18 years of age to book sessions or use the premium features of this site. Your continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

My services are intended for personal growth and spiritual exploration only.
Spiritual guidance and energy healing are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. I am not a licensed medical professional or therapist. Always consult with a qualified professional for health-related concerns. Sessions are not therapy or crisis support. 3 Appointments & Payments
All bookings made via our online booking calendar or directly are subject to availability. Payment is required in full to secure your session unless otherwise agreed. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read our Refund Policy. Packages, memberships and gift vouchers are paid through Stripe's secure checkout and are covered by section 4 of the Cancellations & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights or the guarantees you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, philosophies, logos, and digital downloads like the EnlightenMe series—is the intellectual property of Lightworker Mark. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5 Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
